These terms apply to the website at yourbrorob.com and the Your Bro Rob app at app.yourbrorob.com, operated by Your Bro Rob Fitness (Robert Agarand), Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the site or the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account details secure. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own training. Do not resell, republish or redistribute the plans, articles or app content. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, upload anything unlawful or abusive, or use the service to harass anyone. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Not medical advice
The app, the articles and any coaching provide general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Talk to your doctor before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, an injury, a chronic illness, are on medication, or have not exercised in a long time. Stop and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.
No guaranteed results
Results depend on your genetics, your starting point, your health, your effort and your consistency. Client stories and photos on this site are real but they are individual results, not a promise of what you will achieve. We do not guarantee any specific weight, body fat, strength or appearance outcome.
Free tier, subscriptions and coaching
The core app is free to use and supported by advertising. The Ad-Free tier is a subscription of $9.99 per month, billed through Stripe, which renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings and you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
1-on-1 coaching with Rob is an application-only program sold in three-month blocks at $1,000, paid through Stripe. Coaching is a contract for the full three-month term.
Refunds. Subscription payments already taken are non-refundable, except where required by law. Coaching fees are non-refundable once the program has started, because the plan and the coaching time are reserved for you. If you were charged in error or something went wrong on our side, email robertmatthew@protonmail.com and we will sort it out.
Prices can change. We will tell you before a price change affects an existing subscription.
Your content
The training logs, notes and photos you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service and build your plan. We will not publish your photos or story publicly without your written permission.
Our content
The site, the app, the articles, the programs and the branding are owned by Your Bro Rob Fitness and protected by copyright. You may read and use them for your own training only.
Third-party services and links
The service uses third parties including Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting, and Google and Meta for advertising and analytics. Articles may link to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features can change or be discontinued.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Bro Rob Fitness and Robert Agarand are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the app or any plan provided. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
